Mrs. Stevens a native of Jackson, KY and a member of the North Charlestown Church Of God died Sunday Feb. 18, 2007 at Clark Memorial Hospital. Survivors include her children, Eddie Glen Herald of S. Lebanon, OH, Larry Steven Herald of Cincinnati, OH, Gregory Scott Stevens of Charlestown and Deborah Lynn Howell of Shelbyville, KY, a sister, Ethel Couch of Shelbyville, KY 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
