Harvey Howard

Harvey Howard died Wednesday, July 30, 2008 at St. Catherine Regional Hospital in Charlestown, IN.

He was born on July 1, 1928 in Hoskinston, KY the son of Henry K. and Nancy Howard who preceded him in death. Also, he was preceded in death by brothers, Elvin Howard, Hughes Howard, and Virgil Howard; sisters, Gussie Morgan, Jessie Jones, and Grace Mosley. Mr. Howard was a member of the Church of Christ in Memphis, IN, member of the Laborers International Union of North America Local 795, and was a supporter and volunteer with the Charlestown Little League.

He is survived by his wife, Hazel Couch Howard; Daughter, Geneva and her husband Darrell Adams, Charlestown, IN; Son, James P. Howard, Charlestown, IN; Grandchildren, Cheryl and her husband Scott Doelker Florida; Darrell and his wife Jacinta Adams, Charlestown; Andrew and his wife Tammy Adams, Charlestown, IN; Tami Voelker, Clarksville, IN; Keli and her husband Mike Kaskie, Sellersburg, IN: Amber Howard, Charlestown, IN; Great Grandchildren, Tara and Shara Doelker, Ericia, Ashlyn, and Brooke Adams, Harrison, Sophia, and Gracie Adams, Logan and Conner Voelker, and Sierra and Mackenzie Kaskie; Brother, Berlin and his wife Martha Howard, Clarksville. He left many loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
