Mr. Seibel a former supervisor in the service industry and a Navy veteran died Saturday morning at Floyd Memorial Hospital. He is survived by his wife Mary Seibel, daughter Kaye(Kenneth)Davis, grandson John (Diana)Fugate, Jr and his great grandchildren Stephanie and Danielle Fugate.
