Harold Dean Pierce, 72 of Charlestown passed away on Saturday, March 16, 2013 at his home.
Mr. Pierce was born October 18, 1940 the son of Harold and Ethel Jones Pierce in Corbin, KY. He was a retired Security Officer for the former ICI in Charlestown. He was an Army Veteran, former member of Blazing Star Masonic Lodge #226, enjoyed hunting with his grandchildren and gardening.
Survivors include his daughters, Diana Lee Justice(James), New Washington, IN, Robbie Sue Auxier(Pat), Hanover, IN, Sharon Shepherd, Charlestown, Karen Whitehead(Larry), Charlestown, Tammy Lynn Moore, Charlestown and Bernadette Lynn Hill, Charlestown; brother, Kenneth Edward Pierce, Jeffersonville, IN; eleven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Private graveside services will be held at Indiana Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Madison, IN.
