Harold Edward(Eddie) McCoy, 69 passed away on Sunday, February 1, 2015 at Core of Bedford Nursing Home in Bedford, IN.
He was born on April 15, 1945 in Frankfort, IN the son of Russell D. and Blanche (DeBusk) McCoy. After serving in the U.S. Navy, he developed a passion for driving semi’s across the country. He also enjoyed bargain hunting and was an avid tinkerer.
Eddie is survived by his, sisters, Rita Yeo of Boston, MA and Cathy Lake of Louisville, KY; brothers, Bobby McCoy(Sharon) of Madison, IN, Russell E. McCoy of Underwood, IN, Glen McCoy(Mary) of Charlestown, IN and Tim McCoy(Mary) of Indianapolis, IN; several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Ida D. McCoy; sister Betty Jo McCoy Daniel; brothers Darrell Gene and Dallas McCoy.
Memorial services will be held at a later date and Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown is in charge of the arrangements.
