Haley Nicole Snyder

Haley Nicole Snyder, 26 of Charlestown, IN passed away on Saturday February 3, 2018 at Baptist Health Floyd in New Albany, IN.

She was born on June 3, 1991 in Clark County, IN to Rhonda Phillips and Roy Snyder.  Haley was a member of the North Charlestown Church of God.  She was preceded in death by her father.

She is survived by her daughter, Hannah Nicole Grimes of Charlestown; mother, Rhonda Phillips of New Albany; sister, Misty Carlisle (Thomas) of New Albany; grandmother, Jan Graff of Charlestown.

Funeral services will be held at 2 pm on Wednesday February 7, 2018 at Grayson Funeral Home with burial in Charlestown Cemetery.  Visitation will be after 10 am on Wednesday.
