Hailey Marie Abbott, 15, of Charlestown, IN, passed away on Saturday, April 29, 2017 at Norton Children’s Hospital.
She was born on August 24, 2001 to Anthony Abbott, Sr. and Randie Cochran in Jeffersonville, IN. She was and had been a student at Charlestown and New Washington High Schools, and attended New Hope Baptist Church in Chelsea, IN.
Survivors include her father, Anthony Abbott, Sr. of Charlestown, IN; mother, Randie Cochran of New Albany, IN; brothers, Anthony Abbott, Jr. of Charlestown, IN, and Mason Moch of New Albany, IN; sister, Tishia Abbott of Charlestown, IN; grandparents, Kenneth and Linda Cross of Charlestown, IN, Michael and Colinda Abbott of Chelsea, IN, Tammy and Randle Nazario of Charlestown, IN, and Randy Cochran and Debbie Willoughby of Scottsburg, IN; great-grandmother, Maxine Davis of Charlestown, IN.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 4, 2017 at 11 am at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown with burial to follow in the Old Salem Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Wednesday from 3pm to 8pm, and after 9am on Thursday.
