Mr. Waters is a native of Clark County, IN, and a veteren of the Army Air Corp.He passed away on June 4, 2005 at the Medical Center of Southern Indiana. He is survived by his wife Margaret Leah Gregory, 4 sons: Harry Waters, Bob Waters, Lyman Waters, and John P. Waters, one daughter Ethel Mae "Effie" Wright, one sister Alice Gibbs, 15 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son George Eddie Waters.
