George Lee Bussey, Sr., 66 passed away on Friday August 26, 2011 at Clark Memorial Hospital.
He was born on October 16, 1944 in Marysville, IN to George and Berniece Amick Bussey. He was a Navy veteran and a member of the American Legion Post 335 in Charlestown and a retired employee of Ford Motor Company in Louisville.
He is survived by his wife the former Elana Doyle, son; George L. Bussey, Jr and his wife Kelly of Lexington, IN, daughters, Dawn Lewis and her husband Tony of Jeffersonville, IN and Dana Miller and her husband James of Charlestown, IN, mother; Berniece Andrews of Jeffersonville, sister; Vivian Whitlow of Charlestown and 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday at Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown with burial in Charlestown Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday and after 9 a.m. on Monday.
