Geneva Mae Matthews, 89, of Charlestown, IN, passed away on Sunday, February 16, 2014 at the University Of Louisville Hospital.
She was born on August 31, 1924 to Oscar and Myrtle (Pierce) Caudill in Lebanon, KY. She was a retired beautician and a member of the First Baptist Church in Louisville.
Survivors include her son, Homer B. Smith of Naples, FL; daughter, Clayanna Head of Nabb, IN; brother, Harold Caudill of Charlestown, IN; 4 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at 10am at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown, with burial to follow in the Cave Hill Cemetery. Visitation will begin after 9am on Wednesday.
