Mr. Upton died Sunday May 18, 2008 at his home.
He was born on April 10, 1942 in Glascoe, KY the son of Edward and Pauline Houchens Upton. He was a retired Farmer and Truck Driver and enjoyed working in his garden, spending time with his grandchildren and watching sports.
Survivors include his wife, Donna Jean Nipple Upton; daughters, Anna Davidson(Terry), Henryville, Jeannie Oster(Todd), Jeffersonville and Angela Hayden(Gregory), Louisville; sisters, Joan Muncy and Judy Upton both of Charlestown, Jane Parrott, Atlanta, GA; brothers, Billy Wayne Upton, Charlestown, Rex and Don Upton, Jeffersonville, Jimmy Upton, New Washington; grandchildren, Pauli, Luke, Sam, Lauren, Spencer, Ezra and Grace.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Vista Care Hospice.
