Mr. Collins a native of Leslie County, KY was born on April 16, 1943 to Kelly and Hilda Bryant Collins and died on Tuesday August 21, 2007 at his home. He was a former coal miner and employee of Papa John's Pizza. He is survived by his wife Margie Collins, his children Timothy, David and Michael Collins and Keith Couch, Joyce P'Andle, Chasity Levesque, Rhonda Spencer, Jennifer Pate and Chelsy Collins, brothers, Vadis, Rocky and Charles Collins and sisters, Patsy Collier, Joyce Cherry and Reba Darnell and 19 Grandchildren.
