Mr. Blackford passed away on Wednesday November 18, 2009 at St. Catherine Regional Hospital
He was born on January 23, 1946 in Charlestown, IN to Henry and Opal Hunt Blackford. He was a former employee of Pepsi Co. and Swifty Gas Station in Charlestown.
Survivors include his son James (Karen) Blackford of Otisco, daughter Melinda (Jimmy) Stutesman, sister Mary Ann Briscoe, and grandchildren: Morgan Blackford Sampson, Matt Sampson, James Michael Blackford, and Brett Eli Blackford.
