Freida Sue Moreland, 68 of Jeffersonville passed away on July 25 at Clark Memorial Hospital.
She was born on January 5, 1945 in Bedford, IN, and was raised by her paretns Lewis and Dorothy Bright Williams. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in New Washington, and a former cafeteria worker at New Washington Elementary.
Survivors include her husband Merrill Moreland Sr; sons: Merrill E. Moreland, Jr of Jeffersonville, Leo Timothy Moreland, Sr. (Kathy) of Nabb, Louis Ray Moreland of Jeffersonville, and Kevin Gerald Moreland of Jeffersonville; daughter Bobbie Jo Pettit of Hanover, 8 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 pm on Monday at Grayson Funeral Home in New Washington with burial in Bethlehem Cemetery. Visitation will be on Monday from 10am until the time of the service.
