Frederick Carol Teague 81, of Charlestown, IN passed away on Sunday May 21, 2017 at Kentuckiana Medical Center in Clarksville, IN.
He was born on February 28, 1936 in Hazard, KY to Samuel and Reba Blythe Teague. Mr. Teague was a retired welder and a member of the Antioch Primitive Baptist Church in Vero Beach, FL.
He is survived by his wife Ruth Teague; sisters in law, Betty Weyer(Gene) of Charlestown and Ida Mae Strong of Hazard, KY; nieces, Karen Frye of Charlestown, Jackie Miller of Hazard, KY, Janet Couch of Hazard, KY and Debbie Barnett of Lexington, KY; nephews, Mike Smith of Winchester, IN, Ralph Napier of Sellersburg, IN and Neal Smith of Vandalia, OH. Mr. Teague was preceded in death by his parents and his sister Phyllis Keeton.
Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Wednesday May 24, 2017 at Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown with burial in Charlestown Cemetery. Visitation will also be held on Wednesday beginning after 9 am until the time of services.
