Freda Mae Robison, 82, of Marysville, IN passed away on Sunday afternoon November 3rd, 2024, at Lake Pointe Village in Scottsburg, IN.
She was born at home on November 7, 1941, near Hibernia to Fred Thomas and Delilia Mae Jones Robison.
Freda was a retired Postmaster, first serving several years as the Postmaster at Bethlehem, Indiana, then was promoted to Postmaster at Otisco, Indiana where she served until her retirement in 2001, and a former Mary Kay rep for several years.
She was a member of Main Cross Independent Baptist Church and enjoyed flower gardening, home decorating, photography, sewing, crafting, and everything Elvis.
Freda was preceded in death by her parents, her son, James Allen Stutesman, and her brothers, Charles Robison, Billy Robison, and Bobby Robison.
She is survived by her daughters, Donna Hammer of New Washington, IN, Lora Eickholtz (Virgil Cochran) of Lexington, IN, sons Dave Stutesman (Yvonne) of Charlestown, IN, Tommy Stutesman (Laurie Bates) of Bethlehem, IN and Robert Stutesman (Lisa) of Otisco, IN; 13 grandchildren, 21great grandchildren, her sisters, Phyllis May (John) of Otisco, IN, Linda Reed of Charlestown, and her brother, James Robison (Nancy) of Otisco.
Life Celebration Services will be at 11:00 am on Friday, November 8, 2024, at Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown with burial in Owen Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Thursday and after 9:00 am on Friday.
