Francis Delano Chapman, 75, passed away Monday, March 05, 2012 at his home.
He was born on July 6, 1936 to Frederick L. and Edith J. Chapman in Jeffersonville, IN.
He was retired from the U.S. Census Bureau where he was an electrician.
Survivors include his wife, Betty Cochran Chapman; sons, Forest Chapman of SD, and
James Chapman of CA; daughter, Tonya S. Snyder of WA; step-sons, David Lambert, Jr. of Charlestown, IN, and Timothy Turley of Texas; step-daughters, JoAnn Brummer of Louisville, Ky, Patricia Wiseman of VA, and Tonia Lambert of Charlestown, IN; sister, Rose Chapman of
Jeffersonville, IN; 9 Grandchildren and 1 Great-Grandchild.
A gathering of family and friends will be held on Thursday, March 8, 2012 at 4pm at the family's home.
