Flossie (Ison) Thompson

Flossie Thompson, 90, of Charlestown, IN, passed away on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at her home.

She was born on November 6, 1930 in Whitesburg, KY to Hiram and Amanda Frazier Ison.

She was a retired cook and custodian for Greater Clark County Schools. She was preceded in death by her parents; and husband, Edward "Pee Wee" Thompson.

Flossie is survived by her son, Ernie Thompson of Charlestown;  grandsons, Daryn "Homer" (Lara) Thompson of New Albany, IN and Marc (Tara) Thompson of Charlestown;  great-granddaughters, Eva Thompson and Rose Thompson.

Funeral Services will be at 1 pm on Friday, February 5, 2021 at Grayson Funeral Home with burial to follow at Charlestown Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 am to 1 pm on Friday .
