Mrs. Powell, a retired beautician, was on born on May 10, 1920 to Chester and Liley McIntire Hebner in New Washington and died on Firday morning August 24, 2007 at the Simmons Mini Home in Jeffersonville. She is survived by her husband Elbert Powell, sons, Robert Elbert Powell of Marysville and Gregory Alan Powell of New Washington, four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
