Everett Lester Reis, 78, of Nabb, IN, passed away on Saturday, August 8, 2015 at Scott Memorial Hospital.
He was born on July 10, 1937 to Lester and Inez Jane (Robison) Reis in Clark Co., IN. He was a retired manager for AmeriGas and a Christian. He is preceded in death by his parents and his brother, John Paul Reis.
Survivors include his wife, Patricia Emogene (Burgin) Reis of Nabb, IN; daughters, Diane Stricklin (Marty) of Muncie, IN, Janet Tomes (Phillip) of Cumming, GA, Anita Gambill (Scott) of Chesapeake, VA, and Karen “Joann” Olson (Kevin) of Louisville, KY; sisters, Mildred (Parrish) Fields (Bill) of Otisco, IN, and Mary Crosby (John) of Gray, GA; grandchildren, Jessie Tomes (Robin), Marty Stricklin II, Zach Stricklin, Lindsey Ray (Aaron), Garrett Reis, Tyler Stricklin, Trevor Olson; great-grandchild, Cayden Ray.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 14, 2015 at 11am at the Grayson Funeral Home in New Washington, with burial to follow in the Crown Hill Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Thursday from 4pm to 8pm, and after 9am on Friday.
