Evelyn Rosetta Hicks

Evelyn Rosetta Hicks, 85 of Marysville, in passed away on Wednesday October 30, 2019 at Sellersburg Healthcare Center.

Evelyn was born on March 12, 1934 in Clark County, IN to Austin William Doss and Nola Mae Pierce Doss.  Evelyn was a retired housekeeper at the Medical Center of Southern Indiana and a member of the North Charlestown Church of God.  She was preceded in death by her husband William Hicks earlier this year; a child in infancy John A. Collins and her sister, Mary A. Hollowell of Charlestown .

Evelyn is survived by a dear friend Ada Price and several nephews and nieces and grand nephews and nieces who loved her immensely.

Life Celebration services will be held at 4 pm on Sunday November 3, 2019 at Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown with burial in Charlestown Cemetery.  Visitation will begin at 1:30 pm on Sunday.
