Eva Mae Evans, 98 of Hopkinsville, KY and formerly of Otisco, IN passed away on Friday, November 21, 2014 in Hopkinsville.
Eva was born March 20, 1916 in New Market, IN the daughter of Jess and Helena Groskurd Badger. She was a member of the Community Presbyterian Church in Charlestown, IN and had a passion and love for quilting.
Survivors include her daughter, Winnie Wilson and her husband Pat of Hopkinsville, KY; four granddaughters, Alissa Wiggam, Patty Meacham, Terre Dean and Tracy Wilson; seven great-grandsons and sixteen great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Kenneth L. Evans; son, Kenneth Conrad Evans; six sisters and one brother; great-granddaughter, Pam Dean and a great-great-great-granddaughter.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 24, 2014 at 10:00 A.M. at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown, IN with burial in Otisco Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. and after 9:00 A.M. Monday until time of services. Expressions of sympathy in memory of Mrs. Evans may take the form of donations to Penny Royal Hospice, 220 Burley Ave., Hopkinsville, KY 42240.
