Mr. Vest passed away on Sun. March 21, 2010 at Scott Memorial Hospital.
He was born on July 25, 1936 in Jeffersonville, IN the son of George Washington and Eva Sue Eldridge Vest. Mr. Vest was a retired employee of General Electric and a member of Pleasant View Baptist Church.
He is survived by sons Raymond Vest of Scottsburg, IN, Donald Vest of Milton, KY, George Vest and Anthony Vest both of Scottsburg, IN; daughters Bonnie Lone of New Albany, IN, Dianna Grimes of Charlestown, IN, Patricia Hoskins of New Washington, IN and Carolyn Sue Evans of Florida; sister Lois Vest of Scottsburg, IN; 17 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
