Ethan passed away Sunday at Kosair Children's Hospital. He is survived by his parents Kenneth & Jennifer (Manion) Fulkerson, sister Olivia Kay Fulkerson, grandparents Brenda Shuman and Paul Manion. Aunts Melissa Benitez and Alissa Prather, Great Aunts Debbie Polston, Fran Craig, Mary Spalding, and Sharon Akemon. Great Uncle Blair Shuman. Expressions of sympathy go to Kosair Charities.
