Ephriom Smothers, Sr., 64, passed away Wednesday, May 9, 2012 at Jewish Hospital.
He was born on September 27, 1947 to Willie H. and Mildred R. Williamson Smothers in Gravel Switch, KY. He was an Army Veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a retired postal clerk for the Louisville Post Office, and a machinist for the Naval Ordinance.
Survivors include his wife, Brenda Lyons Smothers; daughter, Angela Smothers of Charlestown, IN; son, Ephriom Smother, Jr. of Charlestown; brother, Robert Smothers of Henryville, IN; sister, Helen Miles of Charlestown, IN; 4 Grandchildren.
Memorial service will be held on Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at 7pm at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown. Visitation will be held after 2pm on Tuesday till time of the service.
