Ms. Parr a former school teacher and native of Elizabethtown, KY died Tuesday July 4, 2006 in Arrington, VA. Survivors include sons Charles W. and David W. Parr, daughter Lisa Ann Sams, sisters, Marlene May Thurman and Carlene Jones of Charlestown, IN and four grandchildren.
