Elsie Faye Harkonen

Elsie Faye Harkonen, 89, of Louisville, KY, passed away on Thursday, December 17, 2020 at Nazareth Home in Louisville, KY.

She was born on January 16, 1931 to Oscar and Zora Hale Adams in St. Louis, MO. She was a retired secretary for Naval Ordnance in Louisville and was a member of the First Lutheran Church in Louisville. She is preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Harkonen.

Elsie is survived by her sons, John (Alfonda) Harkonen of Louisville and Arne (Phyllis) Harkonen of Burlington, VT;  daughters, Jeanine Rolhke and  Audrey Harkonen both of Columbus, OH; a grandson, Matthew Harkonen.

Cremation was chosen and no services are scheduled at this time.
