Ms. Foster passed away Monday November 12, 2007 at her home. She was a native of Muncie, IN, a truck driver for the old ICI, and a member of the Old Salem United Methodist Church. She is preceded in death by her husband Lewis Foster, a daughter Debbie Hardin, grandchildren Joy-Diane Long and Jeremy Long. She is survived by her daughter Kathy Cissell of Charlestown, a brother Milford Leffew of Seattle, WA, and a grandson Matthew Hardin of Memphis, IN. Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown handling the arrangements.
