Elmer Smallwood

Elmer Smallwood, 72, of Charlestown, Indiana passed away on June 22nd, 2021.  He retired from L&N Railroad and went on to own several successful small businesses.  He is survived by his sons, Roger, Andrew, Alex and Aaron and daughter, Rebecca; brother, George, and sisters, Alpha and Wanda along with thirteen grandchildren.  The family will hold a private wake and request that you keep them in your prayers.
