Elizabeth Bernice Spencer, 81 of Charlestown, IN passed away on Saturday October 25, 2014 at her home.
She was born on August 26, 1933 in Clark County, IN to Thomas and Loraine Roberts Goforth. She was a former employee of Target in Clarksville, IN and a member of the New Washington Christian Church. She was preceded in death by her husband David E. Spencer.
She is survived by her sons; Neil Spencer and Tom Spencer, daughter; Barbara Bielefeld all of Charlestown, sisters; Ida Crowe of Charlestown and Bonnie Arrington of Frankfort, KY, brothers; Roy Goforth and Bob Goforth both of Charlestown and 12 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday October 29, 2014 at Grayson Funeral Home in New Washington with burial in Crown Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday and after 9 a.m. on Wednesday.
