Eleanor Thomas (White) O'Bryan

Eleanor Thomas White O’Bryan, 82, was called home to her Lord on October 8th. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Charlestown, Indiana. Her faith and family have always been the core of her life. There was no greater joy than to see her family grow and retain the values she had taught, and no prouder accomplishment than her 5 loving sons and their wives (who she always refereed to as her daughters).
She was preceded in death by her father Rev. Ralph B. White, her mother Blanche S. White, her husband Ray T. O’Bryan and an infant sister (Joyce).
She is survived by her 5 sons, Larry (Sharon) of Charlestown, Steve (Barbara) of Louisville, Mike (Karen) of South Lake, TX., Sidney (Rubyanne) of Charlestown, and Ted (Penny) of Charlestown; 6 Grandchildren, and 7 Great Grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday at Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown with burial at 12 P.M. Thursday in Resthaven Memorial Park in Louisville, KY. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 4-8 p.m. and after 9 a.m. on Thursday at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown.
