Eldridge D. Mullins passed away on Thursday Jan. 27, 2011 at Floyd Memorial Hospital.
He was born on Aug. 4, 1925 in Knott County, KY the son of Newton J. and Elizabeth Gibson Mullins. Mr. Mullins was preceded in death by his parents, 2 wives, Laura Mullins and Catherine Mullins, and sons James Spencer Mullins and Raymond Mullins.
He is survived by daughters Lazondra Headrick of Otisco, IN and Kathy Smith of Catlettsburg, KY; sons John Mullins of Mountain Grove, Missouri and Lewis Mullins of Otisco, IN; 17 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Monday Jan. 31, 2011 at 11 AM at the Little Zion Old Regular Baptist Church on Second St in Charlestown, IN with burial in the Mt. Moriah Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday from 1 pm-5 pm at Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown, IN and after 9 am on Monday at the church.
