Edna Arzella Miles

Edna Arzella Miles, 90, of Sellersburg, IN, passed away on Tuesday, April 14, 2020 at her home from cancer. She was born on May 25, 1929 to Silas and Florence Young Smith in Danville, KY. She was a loving mother and member of Jacobs Chapel Methodist Church in New Albany, IN. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Leonard Miles;  son, Daniel Miles, sisters, Alma Owens and Mildred Avera; brothers, Howard Smith and Shorty Smith; granddaughter, Angela Peters. Edna is survived by her daughter, Gloria (Danny) Oakley of Charlestown, IN  Sons, Stephen (Joannie) Miles of Scottsburg, IN, Darrel (Debbie) Miles of Mt. Airy, NC and daughter in law, Debbie Miles of Jeffersonville, IN; nine grandchildren and lots of great grandchildren. Due to newly updated Federal, State and Local mandates concerning the Coronavirus, Edna's Funeral Service and Visitation will be Private.  The family would like to invite you to join them by following the funeral service at 1 pm on Friday April 17, 2020 on the website of Grayson Funeral Home.  Burial will be in Sellersburg Cemetery.  We encourage you to reach out to the family by posting your message on our Website or by calling, writing, texting or sending them a card or letter.
