Ms. Meyer a native of Hardin Co., KY and a former cook for the Valley Line Barge Company died Saturday morning Oct. 9, 2004 at the Medical Center of Southern Indiana. She is survived by her sons James D. and Charles Phillips and a daughter Carolyn Puckett.
