Eddie Sue (Page) Stemle

Eddie Sue Stemle 76, formerly of Charlestown, IN passed away on Saturday, December 11, 2021, at Sellersburg Healthcare in Sellersburg.  She was born on May 23, 1945, in Columbia, KY to the late Edgar Page and Mattie Tarter Page.  Eddie Sue worked in Business Administration at the University of Louisville for 31 years.  She will be remembered as a wonderful, loving mom and grandma. Eddie Sue always went the extra mile to show her love and never had a bad thing to say about anyone.  Everyone that knew her loved her, especially her family.

Eddie Sue is survived by her daughters, Melinda (Ralph) Hulsizer, Melissa Cox, Teresa Gibson, and Marsha Lawson; grandchildren, Nicholas (Jennifer) Smith, Cory Hulsizer, Travis (Lindsy) Gabbard, Kayla Gabbard, Tabatha Sinquimani, James Ferrell, Marcus (Allyson) Ferrell and Rebecca (Donnie) Roark; sisters, Pam Snyder, Diana (Garry) Parker and Patsy Bishop; brothers, Jim Page and Ronnie (Melissa) Page; and 12 great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Wayne Leo Stemle and her brother, Larry Page.

Funeral services for Eddie Sue Stemle will be held on Wednesday, December 15, 2021, at 3:00 pm, in the chapel of Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown, IN. Visitation will also be on Wednesday, from 12:00 pm until 3:00 pm at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Charlestown Cemetery.
