He was born on September 22, 1947 in Clark County, IN the son of Edgar and Opal Stewart Hale and passed away on Friday September 17, 2010 at St. Vincent Hospital in Salem.. Eddie was a member of Faith World Outreach in Charlestown.
He is survived by his daughter: Jhnellia (Eddie)Clements of Campbellsville, KY, mother; Opal McClure of Charlestown, sister; Patricia (Bob) Goforth of Charlestown and three grandchildren.
