Dwayne Edward Campbell, 49 of Charlestown, IN passed away on Monday Nov. 28, 2016 at Clark Memorial Hospital in Jeffersonville, IN.
He was born on April 29, 1967 in Clark County, IN to Truman Leon and Carolyn Cartright Campbell who preceded him in death. Dwayne was a former forklift driver.
Survivors include his son, Dylan Campbell of Charlestown, IN, brothers, D. Michael Campbell and Dwight Campbell both of Charlestown.
Funeral services will be held at 2 pm on Thursday Dec. 1, 2016 at Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown with burial in Charlestown Cemetery. Visitation will be after 11 am on Thursday.
