Mr. Frakes died Monday, April 21, 2008.
He was born April 16, 1975 in Jeffersonville, IN. the son of Douglas R. Frakes, New Washington, and Justhine Hooper Frakes, Hanover, IN.
Mr. Frakes was a carpenter for V. C. Construction. Survivors besides his parents are his wife, Tami Reichert Frakes; step-daughter, Megan Brown, New Washington; sister, Crystal Jackson(Chad), New Washington; nephew, Charles Jackson, New Washington and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
A gathering in his memory of family and friends will take place from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. Thursday, April 24, 2008 at the Grayson Funeral Home in New Washington.
