Mrs. Bethune died November 18, 2007 at Floyd Memorial Hospital. She was survived by two sons, James L. and Steven Proctor; daughters, Sylvia Williams, Lisa Cruz, Charlene Rosas, Deborah Argueta and Dottie Breeden; brothers, Clarence and Dallas Jenkins; sister Marilyn McCawley.
