Donna Sipe, 66 of Charlestown, IN passed away on Saturday, September 26, 2015 at Jewish Hospital in Louisville, KY.
Donna was born on May 21, 1949 the daughter of Roy and Alice Whitaker Frazier. She worked with the Clark County License Branch in the former Charlestown, IN branch and at the Sellersburg, IN branch serving over twenty years. Donna attended the Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church in Charlestown and among the many things she enjoyed was shopping, eating out and traveling.
Survivors include her husband, Dale Sipe; sister, Pat Meyer of Columbus, IN; brother, Gary Frazier(Darlene) of Charlestown; mother-in-law, Dorothy Albert of Scottsburg, IN; brother-in-law Darrell Sipe of Concord, NC; sister-in-law, Bonnie Schiller of Scottsburg, IN; two nieces, two nephews and several cousins.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown with burial in Charlestown Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 12 Noon to 8:00 P.M. Tuesday and after 9:00 A.M. Wednesday until time of service. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations in memory of Donna to Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church in Charlestown.
