Donna Joan (Staton) Cox

Donna Joan Cox 69, of Charlestown, IN passed away on Wednesday, June 12, 2024, at Lincoln Hills Nursing Facility in New Albany, IN.

She was born on October 25, 1954, in Clark County, IN to Chester and Pauline Atkinson Staton.  She enjoyed playing bingo, supporting the University of Louisville Cardinals, watching Days of Our Lives, and taking care of and spending time with her family.

Survivors include her husband, David Cox; sons, Joseph Bradshaw (Jennie) of Louisville, KY, Aaron Cox of Charlestown and Jessee Cox (Christina) of Charlestown; grandchildren, Zoey Cox, Dakota Williamson and Tyler Stager.

Life Celebration Services will be at 10:00 am on Tuesday, June 18, 2024, at Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown with burial in Charlestown Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Monday, June 17, 2024, and after 9:00 am on Tuesday.
