Donna Jean Ashburn, 61 of Jeffersonville, IN passed away on Monday May 23, 2016 at University of Louisville Hospital.
She was born on April 14, 1955 in Jeffersonville to Donald and Norma Wilson Jones. Donna had worked as a security guard for Target and as a hardware receiving clerk for Heartland Payment Systems in Jeffersonville. She was a member of the New Chapel Methodist Church and attended North Charlestown Church of God.
Donna was preceded in death by her mother, Norma Jones and a son, David K. Johnson
She is survived by her husband, John Ashburn; daughters, Becky Lenihan (Pete) of Council Bluffs, IA and Amanda Ashburn of Jeffersonville; son, Clint Ashburn of Greenfield, IA; father, Donald K. Jones of Jeffersonville; sisters, Kitty Wells of Liberty Township, OH and Debbie McCormick of Jeffersonville; seven grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Friday May 27, 2016 at Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown with burial in Walnut Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2 pm to 8 pm on Thursday and after 9 am on Friday.
