Donald H. Smith, 68, passed away Sunday at Clark Memorial Hospital.
He was born on February 8, 1943 to Henry Joseph and Florence Agnes Blixt Smith in Wareham, MA. He is a Navy Veteran of the Vietnam War and a estimator in the architectural industry. He is preceded in death by his parents and daughter; Norma Collins.
Survivors include his wife; Betty Blessett Smith; sons; Donald Jackson (Brenda) of Charlestown, IN, and Timothy Jackson (Kendra) of Richmond, VA; daughters; Theresa Mayer (Corey) of Berea, KY, and Florence Trauth (Gary) of Greenville, IN; brothers; Ed Smith (Darlene) of Greenville, IN, Gerald Smith (Jeannie) of Elizabethtown, KY, Paul Sullivan (Cathy) of New Hampsire, and Robert Smith (Joy) of Cayman Islands; 16 Grandchildren and 1 Great-Grandchild.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 30, 2011 at 2pm at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown, with burial at the Charlestown Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 2pm to 8pm, and after 9am on Thursday.
