Donald Eugene Lewis, Jr., 38 of Charlestown died on Wednesday Dec. 21, 2011 in El Paso, TX.
He was born on January 16, 1973 to Donald E. Lewis, Sr and Betsy Arlene Decker in Jeffersonville, IN. He was a former volunteer fireman and was currently a truck driver for Mister P Trucking.
Survivors include his wife the former Lea Lyons, sons: Donald Lewis, III and Zachary Lewis, step-son; Devon Lyons, daughter; Ilaine Lewis, step-daughter, Navissa Vall all of Charlestown, IN, parents; Donald and Betsy Lewis, Sr., of Charlestown, sisters; Tammy Sumpter and Amanda Lewis both of Charlestown and Janet Greenleaf of New Washington, IN and a grandson Bryan Lewis.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday December 28, 2011 at 11 a.m. at Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown with burial in Charlestown Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday and after 9 a.m. on Wednesday.
