Donald Lee Curtis “Yard Dog”, 75, of Charlestown, and formerly of Sellersburg passed away on Monday, January 25, 2016 at Maple Manor Christian Home.
He was born on June 11, 1940 in Sellersburg to the late Orville and Elva Curtis. He was an Army Veteran of the Vietnam War. He is preceded in death by his parents; siblings; Earl, Glen, Virginia, Alta and Harrel.
Survivors include his daughters, Barbara Ann White of Floyds Knobs, IN, and Peg Patton of Jeffersonville, IN; granddaughters, Stephanie Stickels, Carrington Patton, and Meaghan Patton; grandson, Matthew Hogue; sister-in-law, Virginia Curtis; several beloved nieces and nephews.
In lieu of services his wishes were to be cremated. Special thanks to his friends, Lewis, Juanita, Margaret, David, and Vickie for their years of caring and friendship, and especially during his recent illness.
