He was born on April 3, 1952 in Jeffersonville, IN the son of James Hubert and Edith Jane Johnston Clemons. He was a machinist for L&N Railroad.
He is survived by his son Daniel Clemons, Madison, IN; mother Edith Clemons, Scottsburg, In ;brothers Mearl Clemons , Owings, MD, Robert E. Clemons, West End, NC, William H. Higdon, Louisville, KY and James C. Higdon, New Washington, IN; sisters Nell Clark, Dana Point, CA, Linda Bradley, Rineyville, KY, Shirley Bauman, St. Louis, MO, Rose Henry, Jeffersonville, IN, and Cheri Blevins, Scottsburg, IN; 4 grandchildren.
