Mr Buchsar was born on September 2, 1955 in Barberton, OH and passed away on Friday September 25, 2009 at Norton Audubon Hospital in Louisville.
He was a housekeeper at Four Courts at Cherokee Park in Louisville, KY.
Survivors include his mother: Normagene Hashman of New Washington, IN brother; David (Teresa) Hashman of New Washington, sisters; Denise (Calvin) Mudd of Jeffersonville, IN and Darla (Vince) Jones of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, nephews; Michael, Stephen and Davin Mudd, David M., Ryan and Jacob Hashman, nieces; Cheryl and Ashley Jones and Alicia Hashman.
