Delmar Parnell Middleton, 59, passed away on January 26, 2012 at Clark Memorial Hospital.
He was born on November 19, 1952 the son of Walter and Ethel Wynn Middleton in Evarts Hill, KY.
Survivors include his wife Teresa Druin Middleton; daughters Ethel Ardella Middleton of Scottsburg and Peggy Sue Collins of Lexington; brothers Shirley Middleton of Charlestown, Alonzo Middleton of Charlestown, Tom Middleton of Otisco, and Bill Middleton of Tennessee; sisters Doris Singlur of Charlestown and Freida Middleton of Lexinton; 4grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Monday, January 30, 2012 at the Charleston Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00AM-1:00PM at Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown.
