Ms. Jacobs a native of Corydon, IN was born on September 11, 1958 to Raymond and Jo Ann Bartlett McMonigle and died Monday afternoon February 4, 2008 at Scott Memorial Hospital. She is survived by her children; David Jacobs of Scottsburg, Christie Livings of New Albany and Debra Livings of Scottsburg; her mother, Jo Ann McMonigle of Scottsburg; brother, Kevin McMonigle of Nabb and Alisha McMonigle of New Albany.
