Debbie passed away on Tuesday, June 2, 2009, at Scott Memorial Hospital. She was born on Aug. 17, 1963, in Jeffersonville, IN the daughter of Fred and Mary Frances Meador Bush. Survivors include her mother, Mary Frances Cardwell of Sellersburg, IN; daughter, Tabitha Jackson of Jeffersonville, IN; sons, Jose Jackson of Jeffersonville, IN and Joshua Lee Fenwick of Charlestown, IN; brothers, Kevin Cardwell of Sellersburg, IN and Fred Eugene Bush; sisters, Stephine Atkins of Salem, IN, Leslie Ingram, Tina Davenport, and Brenda Jones all of Charlestown, IN, Teresa Denny of Sellersburg, IN and Dierdra Cooper of Louisville, KY; 2 grandchildren, Caden and Xander Jackson.
